We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct employee orientation and training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about products and services. Manage inventory control processes, including stock replenishment and merchandising to maximize sales opportunities. Oversee cash handling procedures, including payroll management and bookkeeping tasks. Implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for the store. Utilize POS systems for transactions, inventory tracking, and reporting. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote store offerings and drive foot traffic. Maintain an organized store environment through effective stocking, pricing, and merchandising practices. Foster a positive team culture by providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles with a strong understanding of retail operations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Strong negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions and resolve conflicts. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are preferred to serve diverse customer bases. Proficiency in retail math, budgeting, and inventory management practices. Experience with cashiering and cash handling procedures is essential. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with administrative responsibilities such as scheduling shifts and managing employee records. A background in grocery store operations or wireless sales is a plus. Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management and training & development.
