Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and support a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.
Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns (radio, digital, and social media) to help clients achieve their business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and develop new revenue streams.
Assist in meeting and exceeding the station's local retail radio and digital sales budgets, contributing to both team and individual revenue targets.
Support the General Sales Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Account Executives, fostering a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to outstanding customer service.
Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to implement corporate policies, initiatives, and Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring team compliance.
Manage accounts receivables for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
Engage in community involvement by participating in local organizations to enhance the station's presence and reputation.
