Vista Radio and Moose FM have an immediate opening for a Sales Supervisor. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a passion for sales leadership, client relationship building, and driving revenue growth in radio and digital media.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of Account Executives, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices. Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns (radio, digital, and social media) to help clients achieve their business goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and develop new revenue streams. Assist in meeting and exceeding the station's local retail radio and digital sales budgets, contributing to both team and individual revenue targets. Support the General Sales Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new Account Executives, fostering a culture of enthusiasm and commitment to outstanding customer service. Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to implement corporate policies, initiatives, and Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring team compliance. Manage accounts receivables for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Engage in community involvement by participating in local organizations to enhance the station's presence and reputation. Position Requirements



Experience:



Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or mentor role. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and developing client relationships.

Skills Required:



Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory, experience with Wide Orbit and vCreative is a huge plus. Ability to think creatively and conceptually to develop unique solutions and resolve challenges. Strong customer service and networking skills to build lasting client relationships. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
