We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the retail sector. The Sales Supervisor will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring alignment with our company values.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to enhance performance. Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and product knowledge. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times. Collaborate with upper management to align on business objectives. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently. Responsible for opening and closing store procedure

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within retail sales for 2 years or more Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to train, develop, and motivate team members effectively. Familiarity with retail management systems and POS technology is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Be able to work on site at the store.
