The Opportunity

This is a
100% commission-based, field sales role

What You'll Do
Build surgeon relationships
- Visit plastic surgeons, general surgeons, and surgical centers in person to grow and maintain your client base.
Deliver solutions
- Present, promote, and sell our portfolio of premium surgical instruments, implants, capital equipment, and wound closure products face-to-face.
Own your strategy
- Manage your schedule, territory plan, and growth approach with complete autonomy.
Maximize earnings
- Your income is directly tied to your performance--no caps on commissions.
What We're Looking ForMust-Haves
Proven track record in medical device or surgical supply sales (minimum 3-5 years)
Direct experience selling to surgeons, OR managers, or surgical facilities (not pharmaceutical sales to GPs)
Self-starter mentality - disciplined, organized, and comfortable working independently without daily supervision
Strong relationships with surgeons and OR personnel in Canada
Located in Canada and legally authorized to work as an independent contractor
Comfortable with 100% commission-based compensation

Capital equipment sales background (aspirators, surgical lights, etc.)
