Scheduling & Service Coordinator
Position full time in Office-no remote option
Located in Burlington

45-50K
Hours 830am-5pm
Annual bonus based on individual performance
Paid vacation

This role will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling service appointments and new project starts
  • Booking travel for the crews when working on non-local projects
  • Following up with customers to book and provide updates on time lines for their projects
  • Scheduling service and installations crews for estimates, repair, and new projects
  • Learning product lines and developing a general understanding of how long projects may take to assist in scheduling time lines
  • Updating Sales staff on time lines of the crews for them to complete sales
  • Eventually will be trained on new scheduling software that they have installed
  • Keeping track of expenses for crews away on sites for hotels and food
  • General administrative support and follow up for processing of work orders and estimates
  • Reception
  • Data entry
Qualifications:
  • Very strong organizational skills and time management abilities
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • 1- 2 years administrative experience- scheduling experience a plus
  • Intermediate Word & Excel, Outlook
