Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries regarding immigration services.
Respond to emails, phone calls, and walk-in queries in a professional and timely manner.
Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, service agreements, and other client documents.
Maintain accurate client records, sales reports, and follow-up schedules using CRM software.
Schedule appointments and coordinate consultations between clients and immigration consultants.
Follow up with clients to collect required documents and ensure timely submissions.
Support marketing and promotional efforts by preparing brochures and sending follow-up messages.
Coordinate with other departments (legal, case processing) to keep clients updated on their case status.
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive client information.
Perform general office duties such as filing, printing, scanning, and organizing documents.
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support, customer service, or sales assistance.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.

Educational Qualifications:
