Duties
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
Present product features and benefits to potential customers, tailoring pitches to meet their needs
Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed targets
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for expanding market reach
Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM systems
Provide after-sales support to ensure customer success and foster long-term partnerships
Experience
Proven experience in sales or customer service roles preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive personality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus
