Your Mission

Be the face ofBurlington Hyundai, representing our brand with pride and confidence Work side-by-side with skilled and experienced Sales Managers to close deals that wow customers and grow your earnings Build lasting relationships and a loyal client base Attract new business using smart outreach--cold calls, social media, referrals Dazzle with engaging product demos and insider knowledge of features, pricing, accessories, and services Follow up like a pro--turn leads into lifelong fans Crush your monthly goals and unlock even more success Use KPI-focused strategies to level up your performance

Who You Are

2-3 years of solid experience selling at a dealership (Mandatory) OMVIC Certified with a valid driver's license (Mandatory) Always learning--keeping sharp on products, trends, and financing options A relationship-builder with standout communication skills Organized, detail-driven, and great at multitasking Versatile and able to connect with a diverse customer base Willing to work flexible hours (some evenings + Saturdays)
