Window Sales Representative

who can close.

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our products and services. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a supportive and growth-oriented environment. The Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving company sales goals.

What You'll Do

Attend

pre-booked appointments

and meet homeowners to assess window needs Provide

on-site consultations

, measurements, and product recommendations Educate clients about

rebates, financing options, and energy savings

Create and deliver quotes on the spot Follow up with leads to close deals Maintain high customer satisfaction and professional communication Work with installation and admin teams to ensure smooth project flow

What You Bring

Experience in

sales

(windows - but not required) Strong communication & presentation skills Ability to measure windows Reliable transportation Driven, competitive, and confident Ability to work evenings/weekends when needed (homeowners' preferred times)

Compensation

Commission-only:

$80,000-$150,000+ annually

Bonuses for hitting sales targets Weekly payouts (50% upon customer deposit, 50% upon job completion)
