About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling our suite of software products and professional services, including B2B SaaS, SAP data migration, and digital transformation solutions. This role requires a proactive, client-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, enterprise sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to identify, engage, and close new business opportunities with enterprise-level clients (revenues $500M+), particularly those running SAP.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to generate qualified leads and strengthen brand presence.
Manage the entire sales cycle -- from prospecting and relationship building to deal negotiation and closure.
Conduct remote and in-person product demonstrations, presentations, and proposal discussions with senior decision-makers.
Maintain accurate and timely CRM records in HubSpot, tracking all opportunities, interactions, and deal progress.
Collaborate closely with the Director of Sales and broader business development team to align sales strategies with company goals.
Provide regular feedback to marketing and product teams to improve messaging, collateral, and go-to-market approaches.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through effective pipeline management and consultative selling techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
B2B enterprise sales experience, preferably within software, IT consulting, or digital transformation domains.
Proven track record of selling SaaS, SAP, or enterprise technology solutions to large corporate clients.
Strong understanding of SAP ecosystems, data migration, or ERP-related projects is a strong asset.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives.
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency in managing structured sales processes.
Willingness and ability to travel independently or with colleagues across the US and Canada (up to two trips per month).
Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable with a positive "go-getter" attitude and professional demeanor.
