We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with sales, marketing and social media experience to join our team as a Sales Representative & Social Media Coordinator. This position will be responsible for answering phone calls from prospective clients, creating a database of clients, following up with clients, answering basic real estate-related questions, screening clients and connecting with a real estate agent once the lead is qualified. This position will also be responsible for managing and executing social media and other marketing and sales initiatives, in addition to ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks, managing communications, and related to the real estate office.
This role is ideal for a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with engaging clients in person and online, creating content, and generating leads through social platforms.
Responsibilities:
1) Sales & Customer Engagement
Answer phone calls, greet, and engage prospective buyers in sales and marketing activities
Creating and executing sales and marketing plans for real estate opportunities, highlighting features, benefits, pricing, and investment potential.
Educate clients on floor plans, pricing, incentives, timelines, and community as well as property features.
Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact through closing ofthe deal
Proactively follow up with leads generated through marketing initiatives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and lead interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up on offers and agreements to ensure timely completion of documentation.
Assist clients with required paperwork in accordance with company and developer standards.
Keep sales materials, pricing sheets, and incentive information current and organized.
Attend weekly sales and marketing meetings and provide updates on outreach efforts.
2) Social Media Marketing & Management
Create social media and marketing content, post engaging photos, videos, and short-form content showcasing properties, communities, launches, and events.
Manage and post content across social media platforms
Assist with planning and executing social media campaigns to generate leads and increase brand awareness
Respond to social media inquiries and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Track basic performance metrics (engagement, leads, reach) and provide weekly insights.
Collaborate with management and marketing teams on content ideas, promotions, and brand messaging
3) Market & Product Knowledge
Stay informed on inventory availability, pricing updates, and promotions.
Monitor market trends and project availability
Develop strong product knowledge to confidently present to buyers both in person and online.
4) Administrative Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Mortgage Broker
Manage and organize the broker's schedule, appointments, and meetings
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and correspondence
5) Communication Management:
Act as a primary point of contact between the Mortgage Broker and clients
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently
Assist in maintaining client relationships through effective communication
6) Documentation and File Management:
Assist in the preparation and organization of mortgage applications and related documents
Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files and documentation
Coordinate with various parties involved in the mortgage process
