Your Responsibilities:
Develop and grow a portfolio of clients and strategic accounts to generate incremental revenue for the hotel.
Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within assigned market segments.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders.
Create and implement a strategic business plan to increase market share and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
Represent the hotel at industry events and regional networking activities.
Collaborate closely with other departments to maximize revenue opportunities and ensure a seamless guest experience.
