Sales Ambassador

Overview:
As a Sales Ambassador at The LINQ Agency, you'll be the friendly and enthusiastic face and voice representing our client's brand including financial products and services inside retail partner locations. Your role is all about engaging customers, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets while delivering a memorable customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to promote financial products and services
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and answer customer questions
Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets
Maintain accurate knowledge of product features, benefits, and promotions
Ensure displays and marketing materials are visually appealing and stocked
Record customer feedback and share insights with the team
Support setup and breakdown of promotional events or displays
Maintain compliance with company and client policies
Represent the brand in a professional, approachable manner at all times
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual - fluent in French
6+ months' experience in retail, sales, or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and people skills with an outgoing personality
Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a busy environment
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
A clear criminal background and credit check is required
