Your role is important: The Sales Representative schedules and calls on established or potential customers on a planned basis in order to maintain, increase and acquire sales all while providing exceptional customer service. The Representative determines the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs and provides recommendations and solutions based on our product offering with the goal of obtaining or maintaining a long-term relationship with the customer while growing the business through acquiring new sales accounts and opportunities. Your main responsibilities:

  • Schedules and visits established customers on a planned basis in order to maintain and increase sales to that customer, based on an understanding of the customers\xe2\x80\x99 business needs
  • Grows shares of wallet with these customers and determine potential customers that may have more complex requirements
  • Partners with suppliers/vendors and internal sales resources, such as National Accounts and Specialists to achieve profitable sales goals, supports and drives Banner programs and Major/National Accounts
  • Promote the full line of USI products and programs to existing customers and keeps informed of new USI products or sales promotions
  • Expands and grows business by identifying/soliciting potential new customers, conducting \xe2\x80\x9ccold calls\xe2\x80\x9d, developing and implementing account penetration strategies, aggressively follow up on leads to convert to profitable sales
  • Communicates regularly with the store team in order to resolve customer issues
  • Identifies account opportunities and potential by establishing call priorities and frequencies (pipeline report, customer action plan), uses sales process to manage territory pipeline and opportunity
  • Ability to travel within New Brunswick
  • Maintains a positive relationship with the customer and store employees
  • Utilizes the computer system, internet and paper catalogs to identify the correct parts for the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
  • Takes orders from customers to renew their inventory, adds new items to their inventory, quotes on new equipment when needed; manages customer warranties, returns and labor claims
  • Maintains consigned inventory within customer operations to ensure accurate and relevant inventory is in place infield
  • Maintain the \xe2\x80\x9cNever Say No\xe2\x80\x9d attitude/mantra and be the Ambassador for the Bumper to Bumper Brand
  • Other duties as assigned
Essential qualifications:
  • Collision repair experience in the collision industry
  • Experience in day to day products used within the collision repair industry
  • A solid background in Outside and/or Counter Sales
  • Familiar with collision repair industry and the overall repair process
  • Proficient knowledge of stakeholders within the collision repair industry
  • Experience with MS Office products
  • Holds a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
