Representative Southeastern NB
Location: 780, Aviation Ave, Dieppe, NB
Salary: Base salary based on experience from $35,000.00 - 40,000.00 per year + sales commission.
IMPORTANTMust be fluent in both English & French*
Tasks

Responsibilities
:The sales representative is responsible for the following functions:
Help clients choose/modify plans for their future home and provide them with a quote. Help buyers choose materials and finishes for their home. Inform clients of the delivery, installation and finishing conditions of their future home. (i.e. construction schedules, closing dates etc....) Prepare sales agreement and establish payment schedule.
Requirements
:Likeable, engaging, dynamic. Organized and precise. Creative in finding solutions to meet clients' needs. Two years or more' experience in the residential construction industry or in design. Able to work with a minimum of supervision. Able to adapt and learn easily. Available to adapt the workday to client's schedules.
