Sales Representative - Eastern Region

Reports to: District Sales Manager - Eastern Region

Summary: This position will be responsible for uncovering and securing new opportunities and business in Montr\xc3\xa9al and the surrounding areas.

Location: Montr\xc3\xa9al

Responsibilities:

  • Probe and identify the top territory accounts and their revenue potential.
  • Establish an annual sales budget and achieve budget through account development.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and develop target accounts.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop an account management plan.
  • Conduct in-depth research on various applications and develop a viable business plan to support them.
  • Segmentation of different applications versus clientele.
  • Communicate customer feedback and requirements to internal departments.
  • Responsible for customer relationship management to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Timely completion of all sales administration.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Technical Degree, Masters or similar, preferably in one of the following disciplines: business engineering, mechanical, electrical, or electronic engineering or mechatronics.
  • Fluent in English and French, excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • MS-Office, CRM tools, Share Point, Business Object.
  • 5 years\' relevant experience.
  • Specific knowledge in the domain of pneumatics, hydraulics, automation, electrical or electronic.
  • Knowledge of customer and market structure of Industry Segment, Industry Cluster.

R\xc3\xa9sum\xc3\xa9: Le titulaire de ce poste sera charg\xc3\xa9 de d\xc3\xa9couvrir et d\'obtenir de nouvelles occasions et de nouvelles affaires dans la r\xc3\xa9gion de Montr\xc3\xa9al et les r\xc3\xa9gions avoisinantes.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:
  • Sonder et identifier les principaux comptes du territoire et leur potentiel de revenus.
  • \xc3\x89tablir un budget de vente annuel et atteindre le budget gr\xc3\xa2ce au d\xc3\xa9veloppement des comptes.
  • Maintenir des relations solides avec les comptes existants et d\xc3\xa9velopper des comptes cibles.
  • Analyser les besoins des clients et \xc3\xa9laborer un plan de gestion des comptes.
  • Effectuer des recherches approfondies sur diverses applications et \xc3\xa9laborer un plan d\'affaires viable pour les soutenir.
  • Segmentation des diff\xc3\xa9rentes applications en fonction de la client\xc3\xa8le.
  • Communiquer les commentaires et les exigences des clients aux services internes.
  • Responsable de la gestion des relations avec la client\xc3\xa8le afin de garantir un niveau \xc3\xa9lev\xc3\xa9 de satisfaction des clients.
  • Ex\xc3\xa9cution en temps voulu de toutes les t\xc3\xa2ches administratives li\xc3\xa9es aux ventes.
Exigences minimales:
  • Dipl\xc3\xb4me technique, Masters, ou similaire, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans l\'une des disciplines suivantes: Ing\xc3\xa9nierie commerciale, ing\xc3\xa9nierie m\xc3\xa9canique, \xc3\xa9lectrique, \xc3\xa9lectronique ou m\xc3\xa9catronique.
  • Ma\xc3\xaetrise de l\'anglais et du fran\xc3\xa7ais, excellentes capacit\xc3\xa9s de communication - verbale et \xc3\xa9crite.
  • MS-Office, outils CRM, SharePoint, Business Object.
  • 5 ans d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience pertinente.
  • Connaissances sp\xc3\xa9cifiques dans les domaines du pneumatique, de l\'hydraulique, de l\'automatisation, de l\'\xc3\xa9lectricit\xc3\xa9 ou de l\'\xc3\xa9lectronique.
  • Connaissance de la structure des clients et du march\xc3\xa9 du segment industriel, du cluster industrie.
