Roles and Responsibilities
Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Serve new and existing clients within GTA and Quebec, both remotely and in-person.
Develop medium to long-term sales strategies to grow client base.
Prepare sales proposals and present product demos.
Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) and follow up consistently.
Achieve sales targets ($3-4M annually).
Understand and communicate power generation and energy solutions effectively.
Job Requirements
5-10+ years in field sales, ideally in mining/industrial services.
Experience in full-cycle, solution-based B2B sales.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Strong presentation and client engagement skills.
CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred).
Experience managing $3-4M in annual sales pipeline.
Sold into mining operators or general contractors serving the mining sector is preferred
Familiarity with power generation, energy storage, or diesel equipment is preferred
History of managing $2M+ quotas is preferred
Experience selling value-driven solutions (not transactional sales) is preferred
