About HotSpot Parking Transit a subsidiary of IBI Group a subsidiary of Arcadis

Fix urban mobility at HotSpot Parking, Transit and Taxi. The company was founded in 2013 with the goal of designing a mobile parking application that would meet the needs of mid-sized municipalities. Since that time, HotSpot has developed an application, in partnership with municipal, health, university, airports and private clients. Today we provide \xe2\x80\x9cthe best in class experience\xe2\x80\x9d for all of our existing account holders. Currently we are expanding Up-Market and into New Geographical locations. HotSpot is experienced with adapting to the unique needs of our clients and providing feedback on the parking situations in multiple cities; all while providing a valuable, innovative service to the residents of each community.

HotSpot works with customers on Image Recognition, Cloud-Based Solutions, and Mobile Payments and Apps. HotSpot Parking provides value in continuous improvement of automating manual processes, minimizing hardware requirements, and promoting an economical and sustainable digital first approach to paid parking.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about sales, services and marketing and whose values align with HotSpot\'s culture - we are on a mission to change the way people move, park, and ride through municipalities by using technology in a new way.
  • Has high emotional intelligence - Big problems require the sales team to be humble and have a genuine empathy for others. At HotSpot we solve problems first and focus on building and engaging long-term relationships. The Sales Lead needs to maintain this culture through leadership.
  • Understands that metrics don\'t lie - is extremely data-driven and will develop core KPI\'s while working with our existing sales infrastructure and tools. You have a track record of leading and empowering groups while also focusing on individual training that results in simultaneously winning.
  • Has experience in managing or being managed in a previous sales environment.
  • Is a team builder and sales coach. You have experience leading any type of team to success. You can motivate individuals toward a collective vision by displaying a lead by example mentality. You have a \xe2\x80\x9cnever quit attitude\xe2\x80\x9d while maintaining honesty and transparency with your colleagues regardless of the personal ramifications.
Most of the Things You\'ll Work On:
  • Responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs for private and public entities
  • Supporting salespeople in all aspects of the sales process and keeping the team accountable to set KPI\'s that drives the businesses
  • Working directly with the Senior Sales Manager of HotSpot Parking
  • Working closely with the account management team as they cross and upsell various products
  • Refine and development the sales process to optimize the team as we adjust to changing environments
Qualifications

You\'ll Need To Have:
  • A minimum of 2 years in a sales team or 5 years being an SDR in a sales team
  • Experience mentoring and/or leading others
  • Experience using a CRM to manage and forecast sales
  • CRM and various sales tools knowledge (Salesforce is a bonus)
  • Experience managing a 1-5-million-dollar sales pipeline
  • Experience selling product & services in a price range of $10,000 to $500,000 to B2G & B2B
  • Strong analytics skills to identify patterns and trends
  • Must not be afraid to call clients
  • Strong communications skills in written, verbal, power point, and excel. (French is a bonus)
  • Experience in Transportation / Parking is a bonus
  • Have excellent time management and organizational skills

Located at 55 St. Clair Ave West, this office is steps away from St. Clair station and is easily accessible by bike, TTC and car. Occupying 7 floors, with over 700 employees, it is the largest office at Arcadis IBI Group. The floors are open concept and represent our collaborative approach to projects. You\'ll have direct access to management while benefitting from our enthusiastic and helpful organizational resources team.
