We are looking for enthusiastic & driven entrepreneurs on campuses who are excited to represent Neo Financial and play a role in building a better financial services experience for Canadians. As a Growth and Strategy Student Lead, you will have the opportunity to design a business plan with the goal of customer acquisition on your campus. You will be focused on educating your peers on Neo\xe2\x80\x99s products - the Neo Card and Neo Money Account - and helping them experience the benefits for themselves. Of course, we will be there to support you along the way to execute your business plan and make your ideas a success! You will also have the opportunity to lead a team of representatives on your campus and will be the face of the campus program for potential customers to help them discover the value of Neo\xe2\x80\x99s products.

In this role, you will have flexibility in where and how you represent Neo. You make your own schedule and decide how you want to engage with fellow students. We encourage you to organize events both on and off campus, collaborate with student clubs, speak up in your classroom and bring new ideas to the table, all in an effort to reach potential customers. You will be directly responsible for customer acquisition by signing up customers for the Neo Card\xe2\x84\xa2 and other Neo products.

The program is flexible and designed to fit with students\' schedules - it rewards you based on the success you achieve and how well you engage with others.

This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
