We are seeking motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong people skills, a passion for home improvement, and the ability to educate homeowners on the benefits of roof rejuvenation and permanent metal roofing. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, engaging with customers, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Generate new leads through canvassing, networking, events, and referrals Schedule free roof assessments Educate homeowners on our rejuvenation process and metal roofing systems Close deals confidently and professionally Follow up with leads and maintain a CRM (training provided) Collaborate with operations team for project scheduling and customer satisfaction Represent the company with integrity and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales (home improvement or construction industry preferred) Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Driver's license and access to a vehicle Basic tech skills (email, CRM, mobile apps) Bilingual (English/French) an asset
