Daytime hours: 9:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (4 full days/week) positions available

Weekend work is required to meet customer needs and support sales goals

A Day in the Life of a Design Consultant

As a Design Consultant, you create customers for life by delivering exceptional, personalized experiences.

What You'll Do:

Engage customers through friendly conversation and strong small-talk skills Learn La-Z-Boy products, systems, and sales processes quickly Educate customers on products, promotions, features, and care Meet and exceed personal sales goals Uphold company culture, policies, and procedures Work independently while contributing to a supportive team

Compensation

Earn commission from your first day selling 3-month income guarantee during training and while building your client base Minimum hourly wage + unlimited commission moving forward

What We're Looking For

Sales or customer service experience Comfortable building rapport and engaging customers Quick learner with a positive, solution-oriented mindset Passion for design, decorating, and helping clients Goal-driven, dependable, and accountable Strong communication and listening skills Retail or furniture experience an asset Grade 12 education Proficient with Microsoft Office & POS systems Legally authorized to work in Canada
