We are seeking a motivated, Calgary-based

Sales Representative

to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for expanding Buffalo 9 Brewing's presence across on-premise and off-premise accounts while acting as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic brand ambassador. You'll work closely with ownership/management to develop sales strategies, manage accounts, and grow volume in a competitive craft beer landscape.

This position combines relationship management, new business development, and hands-on brand representation.

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing on-premise and retail accounts Identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting and cold calling Execute regular sales routes and account visits Promote Buffalo 9 Brewing products through tastings, festivals, and events Act as a brand ambassador at industry and community events Collaborate with internal team members on sales initiatives and promotions Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Assist with occasional deliveries and merchandising as needed Maintain accurate records using CRM or sales tracking tools Collect payments and support account management processes
This role includes some evening and weekend work and involves physical tasks such as lifting kegs.

What We're Looking For

1-3 years of outside sales experience (beverage alcohol or hospitality experience is an asset) Passion for craft beer and a basic understanding of beer styles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships Strong time management and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract Access to a reliable vehicle Ability to lift and move kegs when required ProServe certification (or willingness to obtain) Cicerone or beer education is considered an asset

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
