This is a
high-impact, growth-oriented Sales Representative role
with a
clear path to Sales Manager
.
You'll be on the front lines -- opening accounts, growing MBLL listings, and building brand presence -- while earning
performance-based commissions
and developing into a leadership role as the brand scales.
What You'll Do
Grow sales with bars, restaurants, retailers, and MBLL
Open new accounts and expand distribution across Manitoba
Increase in-store and on-premise visibility
Represent the brand at tastings, festivals, and trade events
Support launches, promotions, and local storytelling
Track results and share market insights with ownership
Plan and execute off site events and festivals
Operate in full compliance with MBLL and liquor regulations
What We're Looking For
3-5 years sales experience (beverage alcohol, hospitality, or CPG)
Understanding of Manitoba's liquor market (or ability to learn fast)
Strong relationship-building and closing skills
Organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently
Valid Manitoba driver's license and reliable vehicle
Ability to lift and move a 30lbs keg

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
