We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commissioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. Fluency in English is a requirement to effectively communicate with clients. The Commissioner will be instrumental in expanding our market presence through strategic business development and excellent customer service.
Duties
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including telemarketing and cold calling.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct B2B sales presentations, negotiations, and closing of deals tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics.
Engage in inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and technical sales consultations.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering tailored solutions.
Assist in business development initiatives to expand into new markets or sectors.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements relevant to the role.
Experience
Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or technical sales within a fast-paced environment.
Strong background in marketing, telemarketing, or inside sales roles.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
Demonstrated ability to develop business strategies that lead to increased sales revenue.
Prior experience in customer service or relationship management is preferred.
