Key Responsibilities:

Engage with clients in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service from initial contact through project completion. Actively listen to clients' needs, preferences, and budget constraints to recommend suitable flooring, countertops, and solid surface options. Present and explain product features, benefits, and installation processes, addressing any questions or concerns. Collaborate with our installation team to ensure a seamless and efficient project execution. Continuously update your product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends to better serve our clients. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, fostering repeat business and referrals. Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently striving for excellence in performance.
Qualifications:

Previous sales experience, preferably in the flooring, interior design, or related industry. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients. Excellent listening skills, allowing you to understand and address clients' unique needs. Knowledge of various flooring materials, styles, and installation processes is highly desirable. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
