Working Hours: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Employment type: One year contract possibility to become permanent.Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent sales support to customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and order processing.
- Work proactively to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or customer support roles, preferably in a call center environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and objectives.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Possess a High School Diploma or GED
