to help us expand our network of dealers and distributors, while maintaining the high level of customer service and quality that our brand is known for.

Position Overview:



As our

Sales & Dealer Acquisition Representative

, your primary responsibility will be

acquiring new dealers

to expand our reach and distribution network. You'll be tasked with identifying new opportunities, converting leads into dealership partnerships, and ensuring that dealers are supported with the information and service they need to succeed. In addition, you'll continue to develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service at all stages of the buying process.

Key Responsibilities:



New Dealer Acquisition

Identify and target new dealers, distributors, and partners within North America Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into new dealership agreements Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at new dealerships

Sales Strategy & Execution

Create a tailored sales plan focused on acquiring and onboarding new dealers Promote Paradise Dock & Lift's products and services to potential partners in a compelling way Meet and exceed sales targets by driving dealer sign-ups and expanding the distribution network

Ongoing Dealer Support & Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure long-term success and retention Provide dealers with the tools, resources, and training they need to effectively market and sell our products Address dealer concerns and feedback promptly to ensure a positive partnership experience

Customer Service & Problem Resolution

Act as a key point of contact for dealers and customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently Ensure any difficult situations are handled professionally, protecting the brand and fostering trust

CRM & Data Management

Utilize

Dynamics CRM

to manage dealer interactions, sales progress, and track performance Keep detailed records of dealer communications, sales data, and lead status

Market Intelligence

Continuously research market trends, competitors, and potential new markets for dealer opportunities Report on industry developments and provide insights to management for strategic growth

Qualifications:



Proven Sales Experience

: Demonstrated success in

acquiring new dealers

or business-to-business (B2B) sales, ideally in a manufacturing or distribution-based industry

Strong Negotiation & Closing Skills

: Ability to pitch and negotiate effectively, turning leads into long-term partnerships

Customer Service Expertise

: A passion for customer service with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Effective Communication

: Professional phone and email communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product value and benefits

CRM Proficiency

: Experience with

Dynamics CRM

is highly preferred; familiarity with other CRM tools is also an asset

Industry Knowledge

: Understanding of the

marine industry

or related manufacturing sectors is a plus

Adaptability & Multi-tasking

: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple accounts and sales pipelines simultaneously

Marketing/Design Skills

: Knowledge of

marketing and promotional strategies

is a bonus, particularly in supporting dealer outreach and awareness
