Description
Lead Generation & Business Development
Identify and pursue prospective clients through outreach, networking, and market research
Build strong relationships with event planners, local businesses, and organizations
Proactively seek new event and group sales opportunities to support revenue targets
Proposal Follow-Up & Sales Support
Follow up on inquiries and proposals with tailored responses that speak to client needs
Assist with the preparation of quotes, presentations, and supporting documentation
Track and report on proposal status to ensure timely communication and engagement
Client Relationship Management
Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and thoughtful service
Address questions, concerns, and last-minute changes with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and event delivery
Market Awareness
Conduct light market research to stay aware of local event trends, competitors, and opportunities
Offer feedback and insights to management based on your knowledge of the market
Maintain organized client and activity records within the CRM
Requirements
2+ years of experience in sales, ideally in hospitality, events, or a client-focused B2B environment
Proven ability to develop new business and close deals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, self-motivated, and accountable to results
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
