Our Sales Representatives are responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions. Meeting or exceeding sales budgets while managing the quality and consistency of product and service delivery. • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients, meeting and exceeding targets and goals.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project sales forecasts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations and proposals.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
• Manage customer accounts through consistent messaging and follow-up.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
• Collaborate with internal staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
• Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce inventory.
• Respond to all customer requests within one business day. Following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
• Other duties as assigned.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows.
• Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Min 3 years of proven experience & knowledge in sales.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport & maintain relationships.
• Proficient in developing and delivering presentations with the ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work requires regional travel to current and potential clients. This requires the possession of a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license.
• Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

Working Conditions Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Work requires regional travel and may require occasional overnight travel and weekend and/or evening work. Hybrid work environment (home office / head office), minimum of 2 days at head office / week. Job Benefits Famous Toys offers full benefits & 3 weeks\xe2\x80\x99 vacation.
