Role Description



We are specifically looking for sales reps with experience in the following offers : High Ticket Health & Fitness.

You will be appointment setting inbound leads for our closing team.

We are only going to consider those with experience in the health and fitness industry.

Who this is NOT for :

Anyone who does not have telemarketing or phone sales experience Anyone who is in customer success and not direct sales Anyone who does not have basic health and fitness knowledge Anyone who does not embody a healthy active lifestyle
Our High Performance Health executive coaching program is a rapidly growing small business based out of the UAE.

We offer a remote online coaching program targeted at business executives & professionals based in the USA.

We provide customised exercise, nutrition and lifestyle programs and hold our clients accountable through 1-1 calls and communication.

Everything is done via our own app and delivered by coaches with 15+ years of experience.

We are a small growth company with 17 employees that was founded in 2018.

We are actively hiring an appointment setter to join our expanding team full-time. You will be the 4th appointment setter on the team.

You will be responsible for dialling the inbound leads from our marketing campaigns, managing leads in a CRM, calling & sending SMS messages to book them onto calls with our closing team.

A Day In The Life Of This Position



Dialling Expectations

You will be responsible for calling 200+ leads per day, 5 days per week helping potential clients move forward in our sales process Your estimated daily talk time will be 2hrs+ Hours will be between 8:30am EST - 9:00am EST for a daily training Monday - Friday Followed by 9am-6pm EST time working. This includes a 30 minute break for lunch and 2 x 15-20 minute breaks morning and afternoon. Saturdays are available 11am-6pm EST. There is no requirement to do this, it is optional. You will be provided a script for taking the calls and be coached through the process of having effective conversations to help prospects decide whether or not our company can help them achieve their goals You will be responsible for confirming appointments for our sales team and ensuring those who have booked their calls are able to show up.
Professional Development + Company Expectations

You will be led by our team lead Jacob Palomo. Who will work with you to ensure your call quality is exceeding standards. Proactively provide updates on client trends, objections, feedback, engagement, and other ways to achieve results as a value-added resource to the company and our clients. You will be part of a daily sales huddle to review calls, sharpen your skill set and learn from others on the team.

Logistics



The position is full-time. We will provide all leads.

Pay/Comp

Full time Monday to Friday

This is an independent contractor commission and salary based role.You will earn a base rate of $15/hr USD (CA$20.83/hr) You will also gain a $50 USD (CA$70) bonus for every deal that closes from one of your booked calls. The setter with the highest SUR will receive a $150 USD (CA$209) bonus each month The setter with the most deals will receive a $300 USD (CA$417) bonus each month Our highest paid appointment setter was paid $6,070 CAD for August.
