launching in Toronto. Our second red carpet pre-launch is on

Saturday, October 4th (5-9 PM)

, designed to generate cinematic photo/video content and targeted press coverage.

Role Summary


We are hiring a

high-energy Sales Specialist

with proven success in

high-ticket, commission-based sales

. This is a

commission-only role (10%)

, ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives on closing deals, building relationships, and driving revenue growth in a luxury brand environment.

The Opportunity


This is not a standard retail sales role - it's a chance to work directly with a Toronto-based luxury brand at the ground floor. With a

10% commission on high-ticket sales

, the earning potential is significant for a motivated closer.

Success in this role means delivering consistent results in high-value deal-making and helping Zazamint establish a reputation as a disruptive, high-end lifestyle brand.

A Proven Closer: You have a strong background in high-ticket sales (luxury products, services, or sponsorships). Entrepreneurial: Commission-only motivates you -- you see unlimited earning potential, not risk. Luxury-Focused: You understand how to position and sell premium products and experiences. Persuasive Communicator: You build trust quickly, identify client needs, and close with confidence. Self-Driven: You thrive on independence, accountability, and achieving results.

Your Responsibilities



Develop and manage a sales pipeline for high-ticket sponsorships, partnerships, and event packages. Identify, engage, and build relationships with luxury brands, agencies, and influencers. Negotiate and close deals with a premium positioning. Collaborate with our leadership team to align sales with brand goals. Deliver consistent results under deadlines -- with professionalism and polish.

Core Requirements



3+ years of proven success in commission-based, high-ticket sales. Experience selling luxury products, sponsorships, or event partnerships. Strong negotiation and closing skills with a results-first mindset. Established network in Toronto luxury, lifestyle, or entertainment industries is a plus. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Immediate availability.

Compensation



Commission-only: 10% on all closed high-ticket sales.

No cap - your earning potential is tied directly to your performance.
