Responsibilities:
Prospect for potential recruits using multiple avenues of communication
Drive recruiting by proactively making calls and holding face-to-face meetings with agents, aiming to recruit 4-6 agents each month
Interview, hire, train, and onboard all agents
Achieve recruiting metrics targets
Assist with the monthly office sales meetings and events
Host and assist training events to attract new agents
Research competition and help develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete in the market
Qualifications:
2-3 years of real estate sales experience preferred (but not required)
Proven
track record of top 5% production in their current office is ideal
A driven, high-achieving individual seeking a leadership path and long-term growth
