We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who has a history of exceeding sales targets and seeking a high commission compensation package. Someone who can excel in environments where you can take ownership and build processes from the ground up, adjusting based on results. You're authentic, self-aware, coachable, and open to taking risks and learning from mistakes. You set clear goals, stick to processes, and consistently hit targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Build a scalable, repeatable outbound sales pipeline.
Understand customer objections and recommend tailored solutions.
Proven track record in both recruitment and/or B2B business development.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying upselling and reselling opportunities.
Collaborate with team to ensure a seamless search/placement process.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in the CRM.
Ensure you consistently hit your sales quotas.
Requirements:
Experience in sales, with a strong preference for candidates with experience selling directly to companies.
Experience in cold outbound calls.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
Proactive problem-solving abilities with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
