Sales & Project Management - Premier Fencing Ltd.

Compensation : Hourly Rate + Commission

What You'll Do:

• Provide estimates for projects within Southern Ontario
• Follow up with leads and close deals
• Maintain professionalism and punctuality , always delivering A+ customer service.
• Educate clients on product options, making sure they understand their choices and feel confident in their decisions.
• Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of our products, installation processes, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with our install team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless project execution.
• Utilize our proprietary software to efficiently manage leads and sales opportunities.
• Record keeping : Ensure all sales and customer information is up-to-date.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop in-depth expertise in fence installation products , techniques, and industry standards.
• Stay informed on the latest market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to continually improve sales strategies.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing professional, accurate, and helpful answers.
• Maintain customer relationships with a focus on building long-term loyalty.
