SALES PROFESSIONAL, WINNIPEG, CANADA

We're hiring a

Sales Professional

to drive growth across

MANITOBA AND SASKATCHEWAN

, with a home base location of

WINNIPEG

. If you're passionate about flooring or tiling systems and thrive in a hands-on, field-based role, this is your opportunity to build tomorrow with us.

Responsibilities:

Drive sales of ARDEX and Henry products Win new business and grow existing accounts Deliver product demos and presentations Build relationships with contractors, architects, and distributors Provide field support and technical recommendations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional ARDEX service Represent ARDEX with professionalism and integrity

Experience and Skills:

5+ years of outside sales experience Knowledge of flooring or tiling installation systems Technical proficiency in specs and design High energy, customer-first mindset Strong presentation and hands-on skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel Mechanical aptitude for physically demanding fieldwork Ability to lift to 70 pounds occasionally and carry up to 55 pounds Must be legally permitted to work in Canada and be able to travel to the U.S. on occasion Demonstrates our company values; Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging.

Education

Four (4) year college degree is preferred, or minimum completed high school diploma with relevant industry work experience.
