Sales Professional - Ontario Territory (Toronto-based)

We're hiring a

SALES PROFESSIONAL

to join our

ONTARIO

team, based in the

GREATER TORONTO AREA

(GTA). You will have a strong track record of success in developing and winning business with commercial tiling and flooring contractors, installers, specifiers, architects, and other key influencers. This is a field sales role with daily territory travel and some overnight stays.


What you will do:



Drive ARDEX and HENRY product sales in the Ontario market (flooring and tiling installation products and systems) Generate new business opportunities with flooring and tiling contractors, architects, specifiers, and distributors Conduct hands-on demos, presentations, and product promotions to installers, contractors, distributors, and other industry partners Build lasting relationships and act as a trusted advisor to your customers Support project installations with jobsite visits, training, and technical guidance Collaborate with internal ARDEX teams including Technical, Product Managers, Marketing, Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure our ARDEX best-in-class service Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals


Experience and Skills:

Skills, attributes and experience



Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience is essential Building materials, flooring systems, or tiling installation systems is essential Technical aptitude; comfortable reading specifications and engaging in technical discussions Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum high school diploma with relevant experience Customer-first mindset with strong communication and presentation skills Highly self-motivated with a collaborative, team-oriented attitude Exemplify our values daily: Fuel Passion, Drive Innovation, Embrace Responsibility, Embody Integrity, Build Belonging Physically capable of lifting up to 70 lbs occasionally (e.g., demo kits, product samples) Valid and driver's license and clean driving record Able to travel daily throughout the territory with occasional overnight stays Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in Canada. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa currently. Must be able to travel to the U.S.A. (Pittsburgh Corporate offices) periodically for training
