Soni Auto Market is a locally owned and growing used car dealership in Moose Jaw. We specialize in fast-selling, affordable vehicles under $5K, $10K, and $20K. Our mission is simple: provide reliable cars at great prices and deliver an easy buying experience.

We're looking for a motivated

Commission-Only Sales Associate

who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

Follow up with incoming leads from CarGurus, AutoTrader, and other platforms Answer customer calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Build strong relationships with potential buyers through consistent follow-ups Post new vehicle listings on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Marketplace, etc.) Create engaging content to showcase our inventory and promotions Assist customers in finding the right vehicle to meet their needs and budget Close deals and deliver a smooth sales process

Requirements:

Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable using online platforms and social media for marketing Self-driven and motivated to succeed in a commission-only role Valid driver's license No experience needed
