Job Description

ICAN Film Inc is expanding both its production services and its educational offerings. Along with commercial video production, wedding films, documentaries, real estate media and college marketing, ICAN Film is launching film production workshops, social media training sessions and hands on classes through ICAN Film Academy.

We are looking for a Sales Partner to bring new clients to our production services and help bring new students to our workshops and training programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people and earning through results. If the candidate performs well and fits our long term vision, there is potential to transition into a part time or full time position in the future.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Find and contact potential clients for weddings, real estate and commercial productions Promote ICAN Film workshops and educational programs to students and community groups Follow up with warm leads and respond to inquiries Book meetings and calls for ICAN Film leadership Clearly explain our production services and training programs Track all conversations and lead progress in ClickUp Maintain relationships with returning clients and students Bring consistent new business and workshop registrations Work independently while providing regular updates

REQUIREMENTS

Strong communication and confidence speaking with clients and students Comfortable with both online and in person outreach Strong follow up discipline and organization Sales experience is an advantage but not required Ability to understand and explain ICAN Film services and training offerings Motivated, reliable and results driven Calgary based or able to operate within the city Available for weekly team meetings

COMPENSATION

This is a commission based role with potential to get hired part-time or full-time based on performance

Twenty percent commission on each production project closed Commission also paid for each workshop or program registration Additional bonuses possible for larger contracts Paid monthly after payment from clients or students
Production projects range from one thousand to five thousand or more. Workshops and training programs create steady recurring sales opportunities.
