is an essential, small business located in Burlington, Ontario. We manufacture and sell metering pump accessories for use in the water & wastewater treatment industries, as well as oil & gas. Having been in business for over thirty years and with a reputation for selling quality products, we have a consistent customer base world-wide. We sell our products locally and internationally, with regular shipments to the U.S., Australia, and U.A.E.

We are currently hiring for the

Sales

Order Desk

positionwithin our Sales department. This individual would be working with our Inside Technical Sales Representatives to input orders and provide basic customer assistance (usually regarding product price & availability) via telephone and e-mail. The Sales Order Desk role is intended to provide support by taking on more of the administrative tasks related to order input and follow-up.

This is an entry-level position with the intention to grow into a Technical Sales Representative role, which will require more technical training and come with proportionate pay increases.

On-the-job training will be provided. Individuals with prior technical experience an asset.

Please note that we will be moving to a new location in Mount Hope beginning in July. This location is outside of bus service. Reliable transportation to this new location is a must.

Job Details

Full-time, 75 hours / two weeks, Monday through Friday (No weekends, no overtime requirements) between 8:00am and 4:00pm Unpaid summer closure June 30th, 2025 to July 4th, 2025. We will return to normal business hours on Monday, July 7th. Closed over the winter holidays. Health Benefits available after 6 months of employment (includes medical, dental, vision care, and life insurance) Start date: As soon as possible
