Job Summary
The Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. This position involves overseeing sales processes, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize sales operations. Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales operations strategies that align with company goals.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow between departments.
• Manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of reports.
• Provide training and support to the sales team on tools, processes, and best practices.
• Oversee the management of customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure data integrity and utilization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain Safety program for the company
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales performance and operational effectiveness.
• Generate Leads for new jobs and projects.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
