CaMart Mobile is one of Niagara's fastest-growing cellphone and electronics businesses, operating two successful retail locations and expanding into e-commerce, corporate sales, and franchising. We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and growth-driven manager to lead daily operations and help expand the CaMart brand.

Job Responsibilities
Store & Operations Management
Manage daily operations at both CaMart locations
Maintain a professional store environment and exceptional customer service
Monitor and achieve weekly/monthly sales targets
Manage inventory, merchandising, and pricing
Reduce unnecessary expenses and improve efficiency
Online & E-Commerce Management
Oversee Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, Instagram & TikTok sales
Ensure consistent posting and fast customer response times
Supervise posting staff and increase online sales conversion
Track online revenue and execute strategies to grow monthly sales
Corporate & Wholesale Development
Build and maintain 50+ corporate accounts
Prospect new B2B clients and resellers
Strengthen long-term wholesale relationships
Earn bonuses for successful corporate account activation
Franchise Development & Partnerships
Support the owner in building CaMart's franchise network
Respond to franchise inquiries and schedule discovery calls
Present franchise information to potential investors
Build partnerships with immigration consultants, real estate agents, business brokers, and community networks
Maintain a franchise lead pipeline and follow-up system
Earn $2,500-$5,000 per franchise sale
Team Leadership
Manage and support staff at both locations
Train employees on sales, upselling, and customer service
Oversee scheduling and daily shift performance
Assist in hiring and onboarding as needed
Reporting & Financial Awareness
Provide daily sales reports to the owner
Track weekly targets and KPIs
Operate with a smart, cost-saving mindset
Make decisions that support profitability and growth
Compensation
Base Pay: $18/hour
Performance Incentives:
Monthly revenue bonuses: $300-$800
$5 per online sale closed
Corporate account bonuses
Franchise sales commissions:
$2,500 for $100k investor
$3,000 for $200k investor
$5,000 for $300k investor

Top performers can earn $50,000-$90,000+ per year.
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in launching or growing brands (online or offline)
Strong communication and customer interaction abilities
Organized, reliable, and professional
Comfortable with TikTok/Instagram and digital content creation
Sales-driven with leadership capability
Able to work at both Welland & St. Catharines locations
Confident using online platforms (Marketplace, Shopify, Social Media)
Experience in retail, telecom, e-commerce, or management is an asset
Schedule
Full-time (38-44 hours per week)
Must be available to work at both store locations
