Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical

Sales Operations Analyst

to support our sales and manufacturing operations, enabling accurate forecasting, production alignment, sales performance tracking, and process optimization.

4. Pricing, Quoting, and Profitability

Work with finance and product teams to develop cost-based pricing models considering BOM cost, and logistics. Support quote generation by analyzing volume discounts, custom configurations, and production feasibility. 5. CRM & ERP Data Management

Ensure customer pricing, and product data accuracy within ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce). Track opportunity pipeline in CRM and ensure alignment with production forecast requirements. Support the sales team in accurate CRM usage for opportunity stages, close dates, and product selection.

6. Sales Process & Operational Efficiency

Map and improve end-to-end sales processes: inquiry quote order productiondelivery. Identify operational bottlenecks and propose process or system enhancements to reduce lead times and improve responsiveness. Document standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to sales data, quoting, and forecasting.
