We are a mid sized residential home builder currently building in Edmonton, Beaumont, Leduc and Calgary. What We Are Looking For:
Experience in the real estate industry and administration. Understanding in mortgages, construction, interior design and contracts are an asset.
A self-motivated individual who can work both independently and in a team environment.
High level attention to detail is must.
A fast learner with excellent organizational skills and time management.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and programs like Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience with Buildertrend is beneficial.
General Position Summary:
Processing and maintaining company paperwork pertaining to new home sales, construction, possessions, and warranty.
Create and maintain spec packages and marketing handouts for showhomes.
Assist with showhome setup.
Maintain company maps and charts. Provide reporting for company progress.
Updating and maintaining builder software and company website.
Set up and end utility services.
Submit for landscaping inspections.
Understanding the products and processes of Look Master Builder Edmonton Inc. to assist in all aspects of the new home purchase in a professional manner.
Work with team members and demonstrate a positive impact on customer experience which effect business results.
