We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator who can manage our websites, reports, and marketing campaigns while supporting the overall operations of our growing team.

Office Administrator - Responsibilities



As an Office Administrator for our B2B wholesale company, you will support the smooth operation of our online business and digital platforms. Your main responsibilities will include:

Website Management:

Monitor and maintain all company websites to ensure products, prices, categories, and banners are always accurate and functioning properly. Report and resolve any issues promptly.

Product Uploads:

Add new products with high-quality images, SKUs, prices, and stock levels. Test listings to confirm they are live, accurate, and ready for purchase.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare weekly sales reports across all websites and Amazon, highlighting bestsellers and slow-moving products. Recommend items for sales or promotions as needed.

Promotions & Campaigns:

Set up holiday and event-based sales in advance, update banners, apply discounts, and share promotions with the Sales Team. Maintain a central marketing calendar for upcoming campaigns.

Content Updates:

Regularly update website banners, promotional flyers, and blogs to ensure fresh and relevant content aligned with ongoing marketing activities.

Amazon Listings & Orders:

Manage and update product listings on Amazon, monitor orders, and coordinate with the warehouse to ensure smooth fulfillment.

Process Improvements:

Proactively check for improvements in website listings and performance, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in office administration, e-commerce, or website management (B2B/wholesale experience preferred). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of website backend management, product listings, and online marketing campaigns. Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. Experience with Amazon Seller Central is an asset. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour
