The Role
We're looking for an energetic, efficient, and self-motivated Sales Consultant to join our team in Burnaby. This is a fast-paced, in-office position where you'll handle warm inbound leads, respond to quote requests, and help clients feel supported and ready to book their move. You'll be provided with a lead generation system, sales scripts, and structured pricing. Your job is to listen, build trust, and close the deal.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, customer-facing sales environment and is excited by the opportunity to grow into a Sales Manager role within Bright Future Brands or one of our sub-brands.
Compensation
Hourly base pay: $22-$24 per hour
Commission: Quite the spicy commission structure
Additional pay: Bonus opportunities and performance-based raises
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to all quote requests (calls, emails, and web leads)
Provide accurate, written estimates using defined pricing tools
Book clients into CRM quickly and accurately
Upsell services such as packing, cleaning, junk removal and storage
Conduct virtual and in-person estimates (training provided)
Coordinate with dispatch on scheduling and logistics
Follow up on open opportunities and maintain a strong close rate
Maintain client relationships for future business and referrals
Prospect for affiliates and local partners (e.g. real estate, furniture makers)
Track leads, calls, and bookings using internal KPIs
Participate in occasional field marketing (e.g. flyers, outreach at storage facilities)
Qualifications
3+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality
Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Results-driven and motivated to hit targets
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software
Calm under pressure and great with people
Self-motivated and dependable, with the ability to work independently in an office setting
Experience in the moving, transportation, or logistics industry is an asset, but not required
