We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated Sales Moving Consultant to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis, with the potential for full-time work based on performance. The motto for our sales team is "speed is king," emphasizing the importance of quickly securing clients, closing leads, and maintaining a positive attitude. The ideal candidate is outgoing, efficient, and has a high ability to multi-task. You may have to refer to pricing sheets, take notes on the customer, and consult the schedule while being on a call.
We have a large number of organic requests for estimates, well defined pricing structures, and even a range of sales scripts. You won't find yourself struggling to find leads or being forced to cold call unwilling prospects. Any industry contacts you make will be a bonus and your commissions will grow as a result! Our main focus is on providing an honest and reliable service that our sales team is the front line for.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to all quote requests and calls within 5 minutes.
Email clients with written estimates within 10 minutes of first contact.
Book clients into CRM quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Ensure all customer information is entered and collected accurately and thoroughly.
Provide accurate estimates by gathering appropriate and specific information.
Actively listen to customers' requirements and provide tailored moving solutions.
Up-sell various services such as packing and cleaning as required by the customer.
Follow all booking procedures and protocols.
Book and attend in-person estimates - training will be provided.
Schedule and conduct video estimates.
Call clients the day before their move to confirm details.
Manage daily dispatch logistics.
Secure ongoing contracts by prospecting potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Prospect and secure affiliates.
Engage in in-person marketing and prospecting as guided.
Effectively schedule the team in the CRM based on mover availability as jobs are booked.
Maintain relationships with customers to create opportunities for future and sustainable business.
Achieve quarterly performance standards by meeting and exceeding monthly goals.
Communicate customer expectations to the operations team professionally and thoroughly.
Perform follow-ups on pending estimates.
Handle all customer issues and complaints with a friendly and compassionate approach.
Have reliable transportation or use a company vehicle, depending on the candidate.
Qualifications:
Proven sales track record, preferably in the business or residential moving or transportation industries.
High capacity to multi-task and deal with many leads at once time. The standard is at least 4-5 calls and emails per hour.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to efficiently close sales deals.
Ability to understand and address customer needs, providing tailored solutions.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously.
Knowledge of CRM software and other sales tools.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
Ability to work independently, being self-sufficient and self-motivated with minimal outside input.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage with commission based on performance.
Working Conditions:
Full Time position.
Thursday to Monday
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
