Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated
Marketing & Sales
Representative
to develop and grow the
Philippine market
for Canada Shaws' immigration and education programs. This position focuses on
building partnerships, generating leads, and supporting clients
through online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
In this Sales & Marketing Specialist role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's growth in the Philippine market through marketing execution, sales outreach, and community engagement. Your primary duties include, but are not limited to:
1)
Promote Canadian immigration and study programs
to prospective clients in the Philippines through both online and offline channels.
2)
Develop and implement marketing and lead-generation strategies
, including social media campaigns, webinars, community events, and digital outreach.
3)
Establish partnerships
with schools, recruitment agencies, training centers, and other community organizations to support business growth.
4)
Conduct bilingual presentations, webinars, info-sessions, and community promotions
to enhance brand awareness and increase client engagement.
5)
Manage client inquiries, follow-ups, consultations, and conversions
with professionalism, accuracy, and timely communication.
6)
Maintain and update CRM lead databases
to ensure accurate tracking of prospects and performance metrics.
7)
Meet monthly sales and conversion targets
and prepare performance reports summarizing progress and results.
8)
Collaborate closely with Canada-based and Philippines-based teams
to ensure service quality, workflow alignment, and client satisfaction.
9)
Occasionally travel
for expos, seminars, marketing events, or partnership meetings as required.
10)
Growth of English- and Philippine-language audiences
, follower count, and engagement rates across major social media platforms.
11)
Successful launch and measurable performance
of bilingual creative campaigns, including reach, conversions, and content consistency.
12)
Quality, creativity, and visual impact
of videos, posters, and marketing materials produced, including alignment with brand guidelines.
13)
Contribution to the Founder's personal IP development
, content visibility, and overall enhancement of company branding across both markets.
14)
Collaboration efficiency and initiative
, including communication with the Canadian and Philippine teams, timely completion of tasks, and contribution to cross-market campaign performance.
Qualifications:
Diploma or higher education required.
Minimum 2 years' experience in
sales, immigration, or customer service
(immigration experience preferred).
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, Strong knowledge of
social media and digital marketing
(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Excellent communication skills in
English
(Tagalog proficiency is an asset).
Confident in public speaking, client presentations, and online engagement.
Results-driven, self-motivated, and organized.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
Legally eligible to work in Canada (Citizen, PR, or valid Work Permit).
Willingness to work weekends or flexible hours for client events.
