Sales & Marketing Specialist (philippine Market) – Immigration Program

Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Promote

Canadian and international immigration and study programs

to prospective clients in the Philippines.

Develop and implement effective

marketing and lead-generation strategies

through online and offline channels.

Build partnerships with schools, training centers, and recruitment agencies.

Conduct webinars, seminars, and promotional events to introduce Canada Shaws' services.

Engage potential clients through phone calls, online consultations, and social media campaigns.

Maintain an active database of leads using CRM tools, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.

Meet monthly sales targets and prepare regular performance reports.

Collaborate with internal case-processing and marketing teams to ensure service quality and compliance.

Represent the company at trade shows, expos, and networking events, both online and in-person.

Promote

Canadian and international

immigration / education programs.

Engage clients through social media marketing, webinars, and community outreach.

Build partnerships with schools, recruitment agencies, and local networks.

Handle inquiries, follow-ups, and close deals with professionalism.

Contribute fresh marketing ideas and help grow our brand across the Philippines.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related fields.

Minimum

2 years of experience

in sales, marketing, or client relations.

Prior experience in the

immigration or international education industry

is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of

digital marketing

and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in

English

(Tagalog proficiency is an asset).

Confident in public speaking and conducting client presentations.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Willingness to work flexible hours and occasionally travel for business meetings or events.
