We are a fast-growing design-build landscape construction company, known for creating high-end outdoor living spaces: patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, lighting, and more. As we scale, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead who can drive revenue growth, elevate our brand presence, and develop meaningful client relationships from first contact to project completion. Key Responsibilities



Sales Leadership



Generate new business by driving both inbound and outbound leads Conduct high-quality site visits: understand client needs, constraints, and design possibilities Prepare detailed, profitable proposals and quotes (both design and construction) Close deals by clearly presenting value, managing client concerns, and negotiating contracts Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline in a CRM Provide excellent customer follow-up and relationship management -- from prospecting to project close Partner with operations / construction team to ensure clear handoff post-sale

Marketing & Brand Building



Build and execute a marketing plan to grow awareness and generate leads Produce and manage content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Capture and curate project photos and videos -- before, during, after construction Run digital campaigns (paid ads, SEO, email) to support lead generation Maintain and update the website; ensure portfolio showcases current work convincingly Develop marketing collateral, case studies, and client testimonials Engage in local/community marketing (events, trade shows, partnerships)

Sales Strategy & Analysis



Understand and report on key sales metrics (conversion rates, proposal-to-win ratio, lead sources) Forecast revenue, set targets, and adjust strategy accordingly Collaborate with leadership to set pricing, margins, and discounting strategy Identify trends in the market and propose new business development opportunities
Required Qualifications & Skills

Proven sales experience

, ideally in the landscape, construction, or home-improvement industry (design-build experience a big plus) Strong

relationship-building

and consultative sales skills; ability to act as a trusted advisor Excellent

verbal and written communication

skills Comfortable doing

on-site consultations

; walk client properties with plans or concepts Basic understanding of

design / construction drawings

is a plus Experience or confidence using

CRM systems

for pipeline management Experience or willingness to run

digital marketing campaigns

(social media, ad platforms) Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Valid Ontario driver's license & reliable transportation Bonus / asset:experience or willingness to learn landscape design software (SketchUp, CAD)

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fenwick, ON
